Horrible, horrible horrible dealership. My car has been in service four times for the cooling system. Mike the manager has done nothing to compensate me or accommodate me in any way. Service department never answer the phone Kamesh, Ben and David are service advises that do nothing to accommodate the customer as well ! Do not use this dealership they will do anything to help you in any way! Now I’m stuck with a lemon that they don’t want to take responsibility for! Horrible Despicable Unprofessional !

Land Rover Brooklyn at 809 Neptune Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224 does bait-and-switch charges. They do not disclose charges upfront and charge $569.99 per issue that you ask about. They also run diagnostic tests that they put as mandatory so that you have to pay for them. They will not release your car unless you pay for diagnostic charges, $569.99 per issue, without any repairs. It is a $300 per day storage fee for each day the car is not picked up. They refused to release the car without the statement getting paid in full upfront at pickup. The Service Team and Management do not waive the fees. They charged $1,241.15 after tax just for looking at the car for issues we already knew about and told them were there. We also did not request a diagnostic test, and they add it in and mandate it so that the work cannot be done without the extra charges. The management refuses to remove the charges and there is nothing you can do or else they hold your vehicle.

The worst, from sales to service manager lies from the moment you walk in! Took my vehicle in for break hose recall, they pressed to turn a profit from me, no matter what they had to say to that end. Mike (believe that's his name), made that clear over the phone as he's verifying his service agents and machanic story of their inability to remove rusted lug-bolts due to rust. Took it to another dealer, the break hose were repaced with curtesy and coffee! What-ever you do avoid this pit of poison!! It's infested with snakes!
